Our Process
1. Pre-Inspection
During our inspection, we will examine the fiber type! Our inspection is important, as the fiber type & any spots or stains on your area rugs will affect the cleaning solutions used to get the best results! We will also look for any preexisting damage to your fabric including frayed fibers or any other issues.
2. Pre-Treatment
We will apply a safe and effective area rug solution to the fabric. This helps to loosen any soil, dirt, germs, pet hair & dander, and allergens or bacteria, making it easier to extract and rinse them from your fabric!
3. Spot Removal
Some spots might not be removed from the area rugs with a standard cleaning. Complete Carpet Care has a variety of spot removal solutions for challenging spots and stains! Knowing the cause of spots will help us choose the correct spot removal solution!
4. Cleaning
If you choose to have us clean at your home, we will need an area to clean at. We are unable to clean on any type of hardwood or carpet as it can damage wood and leave the carpet below wet. We will use our cleaning tools to rinse and extract all of the dirt, other contaminants and dirty water which will go into a separate wastewater tank in our van. Complete Carpet Care will work hard to make sure your cleaning is detailed and thorough!
5. Drying
Using fans after cleaning will give you the best results! We recommend turning on your ceiling fans if the rug will be inside and use any portable fans you have to dry it as soon as possible.
